We connect customers with Gas Safe registered plumbers who live and work in their local area, so every engineer we recommend knows the streets, the housing stock and the common issues in your part of the country.
We cover all 47 counties of England and are growing our network of verified Partner plumbers every month. Whether you need an emergency callout at midnight or a planned bathroom renovation, we have an engineer nearby who can help.
What Makes Us Different
Every Engineer Is Verified
We do not list anyone who has simply signed up. Every Partner plumber on our platform is verified as Gas Safe registered before they receive a single lead. We check their registration number directly with the Gas Safe Register and require proof of public liability insurance. If a Partner’s registration lapses, they are removed from the platform immediately.
Local Knowledge Matters
National call centres and directory listings send anyone available. We work differently. Each county has a dedicated Partner plumber who focuses on that area. They know the local water hardness, the common boiler brands in older properties, the drainage challenges in low-lying areas and the planning quirks that affect extension plumbing. Local knowledge means faster diagnosis and better-value quotes.
Fixed Prices, No Surprises
Every Partner plumber we work with operates on a fixed-price, no-surprise model. You receive a clear price before any work starts. No call-out fees hidden in small print. No upcharges on the day. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Available Around the Clock
Plumbing emergencies do not keep office hours. All of our emergency Partners offer 24-hour cover, 365 days a year. Submit an enquiry at any hour and an engineer will be in touch. For non-emergency work, we aim to respond to all enquiries within two working hours.
Our Services
Our Partner engineers cover the full range of domestic plumbing and heating work:
- Emergency plumbing: burst pipes, leaks, flooding, loss of hot water
- Boiler installation, servicing and repair by Gas Safe registered engineers
- Bathroom installation and wet room conversions
- Leak detection using thermal imaging with minimal disruption
- New build plumbing from first fix through to second fix and commissioning
- Drain unblocking using high-pressure water jetting and CCTV surveys

We take our responsibility to customers seriously. Every piece of work carried out through our platform is backed by:

- A 12-month workmanship guarantee from each Partner
- Full public liability insurance as a condition of partnership
- A formal complaints process if anything goes wrong
We actively gather customer feedback and use it to hold Partners to account. Partners who receive sustained negative feedback are reviewed and, where necessary, removed from the platform.
